Born in Cherry Hill, NJ and migrated to Israel several years later, Jacob found his second-home in the sunshine state, Florida in 2000. He’s a self-proclaimed Nutella lover, sports fan, and a hooked-opportunist.
As UCF alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Jacob has more than four years of student leadership experience. He has earned a recognition for his campus involvement and efforts to improve campus accessibility for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing population at UCF.
His goal is to pursue a law degree upon the completion of Masters of Public Administration at Gallaudet University. He hopes to establish a non-profit advocacy organization for mainstream Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students in the near future. Outside of his work, Jacob enjoys travelling, staying physically fit, networking professionally, and trying different cuisines.
Here’s a quick fact about himself: he can fingerspell “cat” on one hand and “dog” on another hand simultaneously. Try it!
